You'll know what's happening every Friday.
Every active job gets a Friday-afternoon update — a short text or email with photos, what got done that week, what's planned for next week, and any decisions that need your input.
If something changes the price, you'll know before we do the work. We don't surprise people with bills.
What you get in writing
- Itemized written estimate, broken out by phase
- Materials specification sheet with brands and finishes
- Payment schedule — typically 25% deposit, progress draws, 10% final
- Lien waivers from any subcontractors
- One-year workmanship warranty letter
